Imagine waking up at your campsite, stepping out of your tent, caravan, or swag, and strolling over to the stage with your fold-out chair and esky. Cook up a BBQ, relax, and enjoy a day of incredible live music with the rare opportunity to get up close and personal with the artists-this is a truly unique experience!

Event Highlights:

  • Exclusive event: Only 800 concert tickets and 150 campsites available.
  • Convenience: The stage is positioned within the campground, so wherever you set up, you're close to the action.
  • BYO: Bring your own drinks and food, perfect for a laid-back vibe.
  • Day Trippers: Not camping? No problem! Limited tickets are available for day visitors, take advantage of the organised buses from Airlie Beach to Proserpine and return (stopping at multiple locations). Please note there will be onsite limited parking facilities.
  • Camping: Your campsite booking includes Friday to Sunday.
  • Whitsunday Show: Friday 20th and Saturday 21st June 2025 (Local Public Holiday on Friday).

CAMPING

Location: Lake Proserpine Holiday Park, Whitsundays

  • Campground A (Lake Front Premium): Located within the concert/stage area with a view of the stage from your site. Only 15 campsites available.
  • Campground B (Lakeside): Near the main concert area but without a view of the stage. Only 75 campsites available.
  • Campground C (Forest Side): Located at the back of the campground. Only 60 campsites available.

Camp sizes are approximately 10m x 5m (fits either caravan/motorhome + car or 2 tents + car) with maximum of 6 people

Cost Per Site (includes a 2-night stay):

  • Camp A: $300
  • Camp B: $190
  • Camp C: $90

Please note, this does not include your concert ticket as you would need to purchase separately

CHECK-IN: Friday, between 12 PM and 8 PM, or Saturday, 8-11 AM.
CHECK-OUT: Sunday, before 11 AM.

FACILITIES: Toilets and showers on-site. No powered sites are available at this location.

This is a small, intimate, and exclusive event where you will be able to stroll out of your campsite, grab your camp chair, fill your esky, and watch the concert live. You'll have the chance to get close and personal with all the artists, as many will stay on-site Saturday night.

WHITSUNDAY SHOW
The 112th Whitsunday Show will be held at the Proserpine Showgrounds on Friday 20th & Saturday 21st June 2025 with a Local Public Holiday being Friday 20th June 2024.

This is a BYO food and drinks (including alcohol) event. Food trucks will be available on-site on Saturday.


REFUNDS
Tickets for this event are non-refundable. You can resell via Tixel our preferred resale platform.


WEATHER POLICY
The event is an open-air concert and will proceed rain, hail, or shine. In the unlikely event of cancellation, you will be notified via email, social media, and the website. The event will only be cancelled if the site is deemed too dangerous to proceed.


ABOUT THE LOCATION

Lake Proserpine is situated 30 minutes inland from Proserpine and is an ideal spot for water sports and freshwater fishing. Lake Proserpine is renowned for barramundi over 1m, which can be fished year-round. The lake is restocked with over 20,000 barramundi fingerlings each year.

Facilities include:

  • BBQ facilities (located at the Lake Proserpine, day use area)
  • Amenities with disability access
  • Designated fire pits
  • Pontoons, including one from the camping area into the lake
  • Boat ramp and jetty
  • On-site kiosk open from 8 AM to 5 PM daily (selling ice, wood, snacks, soft drinks, fishing tackle, and general goods)
  • No power available on-site
  • There is no grey and blackwater dumping facilities available at Lake Proserpine, closest dumping point is at the Proserpine Holiday Park 79-83 Anzac Road, Proserpine.

Welcome to Lake Proserpine Holiday Park. The on-site managers are here to make your stay enjoyable.

  • Arrival & Departure: Check-in Friday between 12 PM and 9 PM, or Saturday before 11 AM. Check-out Sunday before 11 AM.
  • Site: No camping past the waterline signage. Keep your site clean. No trenches or open fires (above-ground fire pits only).
  • Vehicles: Must be driven at walking pace (8km/h) or slower.
  • Boat Launching: Must be done from the designated ramp; mooring is allowed on the pontoon.
  • Children: Always supervise children, especially near water and the pontoon.
  • Pets: Maximum two pets per site. Pets must be restrained and not left unattended.
  • Noise: Quiet hours start at 8 PM (Friday) and 11 PM (Saturday).
  • No Smoking: Follow Queensland laws regarding smoking.
  • Waste: Dispose of garbage and recyclables properly; use the designated greywater and blackwater disposal points.
