Food & Drinks:
There will be a public bar offering a wide selection of beverages (beer, wine, spirits, cider, and non-alcoholic drinks). Food trucks will be on-site with a variety of options to suit all dietary requirements. They generally accept cash and card on the day. Vendors will also try and meet dietary requirements where they can.

Parking & Transport:
There is plenty of parking, but we encourage everyone to car-share, grab a taxi, or use uber to lessen the impact of getting in and out of the area.

Ticketing
If you've already purchased a ticket, please note that the ticketing company will send out a second copy of your ticket during the week of the event, just in case you can't locate the original email.
Only buy tickets through official channels. Purchasing from third-party sellers (e.g., Viagogo, eBay, Gumtree, Facebook, etc.) is at your own risk, and we cannot guarantee the authenticity of these tickets. Fraudulent tickets will not be honored. If you've purchased a ticket from a third party, it's your responsibility to ensure it's legitimate.
However, you may resell your tickets through personal avenues or via Tixel, our confirmed third-party ticket reseller. Please note, any posts regarding ticket sales on the Regfest Facebook page will be deleted, and the user will be blocked.
For any third-party sales, we recommend emailing us to update the ticket holder's details in our system.

Refund Policy:
Tickets are non-refundable.
Conditions of Entry:
Bags, chairs, eskies, and personal belongings will be inspected at entry. No BYO alcohol allowed. Patrons found with alcohol will be refused entry without a refund. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Weather Policy:
The event will proceed rain, hail, or shine! In case of cancellation due to unsafe conditions, notifications will be sent via email, social media, and the website.
First Aid:
First Aid will be available on-site. Please reach out to any staff member if needed.
Photo ID:
Photo ID will be required for entry and to purchase alcohol. No alcohol can be taken off-site at the end of the night.
Smoking:
Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
