Parking:

Plan on driving? Parking passes must be pre-purchased at $20 per car. Only valid parking pass holders will be permitted to park at the event.

  Departing every 20 minutes from 11 AM to 3 PM, with return service from 8 PM.
  Pickup: Bus Bay 10, Maroondah Hwy.

• Dandenong Station Shuttle: $39 return
  Departing every 20 minutes from 1 PM to 5 PM, with return service from 8 PM.
  Pickup: Foster Street, in front of the Cake Shop.

Food & Drinks:

• Free water refills will be available inside the festival.
• Enjoy some of Victoria's best food trucks, offering a variety of delicious meals.
• The public bar will serve a range of beers, wines, spirits, ciders, and non-alcoholic drinks.
• No BYO beverages allowed-bags will be checked at the gate!

Ticketing:

• Tickets purchased from third-party platforms such as Viagogo, eBay, Gumtree, or Facebook are at the buyer's own risk. We cannot guarantee the validity of these tickets.
• Fraudulent tickets will not be honored.
• Resell your tickets via Tixel or personal avenues. Please note that any posts regarding ticket sales on the Regfest Facebook page will be deleted, and the user will be blocked.

Refund Policy:

• Tickets are non-refundable but can be resold on platforms like Tixel.
• Posting ticket sales on the event's Facebook page will result in removal and blocking.

Conditions of Entry:

• Bags, chairs, eskies, and personal belongings will be inspected by security.
• Attempting to bring BYO alcohol into the venue will result in refusal of entry without refund.
• Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

Weather Policy:

The event will proceed rain, hail, or shine. In the unlikely event of cancellation due to unsafe conditions, notification will be sent via email, social media, and the event website.

First Aid:

First aid will be available throughout the event. Please approach any staff member if you're feeling unwell.

Photo ID:

Photo ID is required for entry and alcohol purchases. No service will be provided to those under 18 years of age. Alcohol cannot be removed from the site at the end of the night, whether opened or sealed.

Smoking:

Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the festival, except for designated smoking zones.
